Nice apartment, terrible experience

Where to begin. The on-sight security is a joke. In the past 2 years, our cars have been broken into 5 times. The first one was the night we moved in. We handed our rent in by hand to a lady, the next day, they said they found it in the night slot and we had to pay a $50 late charge (we got a receipt from then on). We've called maintenence 4 times about our kitchen sink flooding. It took them 8months to come look at it the first time. And in the 2 years we lived there, they still havent fixed it when we moved out.
