I am a graduate student here in Tulsa and have lived here at Deerfield for almost 3 years. I've seen the other reviews on here that say the management sucks at Deerfield, but that's just not true. In fact, I have never lived anywhere else where the management has been as friendly and as involved as they are here. Always friendly on the phone or when you stop into the office...but more than that, they get things done for you.
Everytime I have had a maintenance issue, I have had someone in my apartment fixing it the same day. Just a couple of weeks ago I had an outlet problem because I had left a space heater on for too long...I called emergency maintenance at 9:00 pm and someone was at my apartment within 30 minutes. Not only that, but the person was friendly and didn't seemed bothered that he had to come and help me.
From other affordable housing in Tulsa that I've seen, Deerfield is the best for your money. The apartments are clean spacious.
My experience here at Deerfield has been nothing but great!!

One of several reviews, all written within a day of one another, clearly written by staff at this complex. Here's a hint, if the complex staff has to lie and pad their reviews, then you can tell what kind of place this is.
