Deerfield Estates has been a wonderful place to live. Just like any apartment you will have small problems but all it takes is one phone call and the management team is on it. The staff is always so cheerful. Deerfield has made this place feel like home very fast. They also have fun get togethers for all the residents throughout the year. THANK YOU DEERFIELD!!!!

One of several reviews, all written within a day of one another, clearly written by staff at this complex. Here's a hint, if the complex staff has to lie and pad their reviews, then you can tell what kind of place this is.
