Don't be fooled, Deerfield is a great place to be

I've lived here at Deerfield Estates since December. After reading the latest remarks, I had to speak up. I came from a mold-invested apartment with a drug dealer next door and parties starting at 3:00 am!! Here, all music stops by 10:30 pm or before. I never hear "loud" anything! Several police officers live here and the place is secured by Tulsa Police officers at night. Plus, trash is not an issue. The day I told the office about (2) neighbors leaving trash bags in front of their homes, the staff member went over immediately to talk to the neighbors and the trash was removed. This week the pool was closed because of the trash left around the pool area. Now, it's clean and open! There is no smoking or drinking allowed around the pool and children must have supervision. One day, while swimming, a saw an office staff come out and ask a large group of kids to leave the pool area because they were not supervised. Realize that any place this size will have problems, but at least the office staff try to handle them quickly. They do take it seriously. If you come by and look around, you will see beautiful landscaping and clean facilities. In fact, the Manager is always having contests with prices to encourage residents to spruce up their balconies and help keep the complex looking the best. In my opinion, this is perfect for people, and especially families, looking for a peaceful, quiet and enjoyable place to be. I love it!

I was wondering who complained about my trash that was left right outside my door for a day, and the only reason I did that was beacuse the night before it was downpouring and I wasn't hiking over to the dumpsters, this place would be great if stupid people like you would mind their own freaking business.

It becomes everybody's business when trash is left outside, and there have been some residents who have left it outside for 2-3 days whether it was raining or not. There's plenty of room inside the apartment for the trash bag to wait until it is not raining any more.
