You get what you pay for.

I dont know how I scored this price when I originaly moved in but my rent gets jacked up a little bit everytime I resign. It was originaly $485.00 for a 2 bed 2 bath.. So my view of this aparment complex is based on what I pay, which with a roomate is next to nothing. Its simply not worth it to move elsewhere. For those residents who pay $ 640.00...Im not too sure. The apartments are big, dated..but nice. By dated I mean, no garbage disposal, no gate... actually there is a chain but its never up, which has resulted in 4 popped tires for my roomate and a busted out window for an ex. So I guess overall in the 3 or 4 years ive lived here it isnt too bad. I have noticed a change from mostly ORU students (which I dont particularly care for) to familys with 6-15 kids each.. maybe it just seems that way. So if you move here plan on all of your neighbors to suck and If you do decide to have a couple people over to have the cops called on ya. Oh ya, and no alcohol at the pool!!!'''''
