Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007
I had requested to move to another apartment once my first year leas was coming to an end. I put down another deposit for the apartment. They never contacted me when one was open. I had to continue to have show me wich ones were available. Bottom line I never got to move. The reason I wanted a different apartment: My location was Very Noisy at night and on weekends. Roaches were bad enough that I had to pay for fumigation so that I did not have any. I had animals living in my attack, had put in a work order and was told that they would have to poison them, and the smell might get to bad. The animals were still there when I moved. The parking is real bad. If you have to go out at night then you will not find a space near your apartment. Especially if you are as close to the pool and Clubl house as I was. The staff in the office is a mix. Some were very helpful, others treat there tenants like they are beneath them and that your concern was not their problem. Maintenance staff was excellent. I wished that I had not stayed. I was month to month until September of this year. Had they found me an apartment with no roaches, a lot less noise, and without live in animals I may have considered leasing again once I return back to the United States. Doing research.
