My wife and I where planning on moving to Tulsa and we looked everywhere to find an apartment. We finally found an apartment in a decent part of town. I called and they where very friendly and we sat in all up. I asked if I could pay the deposit with an American Express Card and they sad that would be fine. The day of the move I called from the road to check when we where able to move in. They said it would not be available till 4pm. OK, we hung around town for 4 hours. We finally get here and they said they couldn't run my card because they don't accept AE Cards. I talked to the manager and we worked something out after about 30mins. We went to check out our apartment and smelled smoke. When we asked them they said they did not smell anything earlier. I said, maybe it was a worker, and she said no one has been in the apartment since the day before. I was wondering why we needed to wait to get in then. Needless to say this was not the only encounter with the management. We finally moved in and our third month of rent was lost and they told us they where going to evict us. I proved to them we paid and then they said sorry. Our fourth month of rent the same thing happened. Is it that hard to keep recorders'! Then our water was off because a pipe broke about noon on a wednesday and they left a note saying it would be fixed Thursday. They did finally get it fixed on Wednesday evening after enough people called about it on that day. Plus, they messed up our lease and had to re do it and then it still wasn't right and there are robberies often enough.

i feel your pain the management at this place is ridiculous

Mangement there is ridiculous. We were there for going on 2 years. Like another poster, we gave them money to move into another apartment, which we never got, but we never received the money back either. Our apartment reeked of smoke when we moved in, and the carpets smelled of cat urine. It was so bad that they had to come in and sanitize our air vents. My kids were sick more than they have ever been in their lives, and my daughter never gets sick. DO NOT MOVE IN! They lost my rent, posted to wrong accounts, gave us somebody else's eviction notices, the water was off countless times...etc, etc, etc.
