I have been here since '06 and have gone through a couple of management changes. They seem to always have to work some kinks out but the staff has always been very helpful to me. My apartment is nice and the couple of times I have needed it worked on it has been done in a timely manner. The maintenance staff seems very nice and they are much more proffesional than any other apts. I have lived at. Maybe I haven't had problems because I pay rent on time and am nice when I go in the office but I would recommend this apt. complex to my family and friends.

and maybe you just got lucky since we always paid on time, and were very nice to anybody there. it's interesting to see how many apartments are empty now.

I just moved in to this complex and chose it because the people were friendlier than any of the other complexes we visited. We actually had to get on a waitlist for exactly what we needed and have been nothing but pleased the past month. I dont see any reason my feelings should change.

You haven't had your apartment broken into-yet. We had a summer where SEVERAL apartments were broken into, including ours. It had to be some teenagers, because they took my kid's playstation 2 and games and an old cell phone. I suggest you have a kick plate installed in your doors to keep your door solid and no one can break the door in.

they really do suck about getting things done hear dont know what you are thinking or who you know.
