This apartment complex should be named prick field estates. They did an apartment check and claimed our apartment was trashed and damaged. It was clean how can wood by the fireplace be trash? They complained that we was 2 noisy and we disturbed all the neighbors. We was playing monopoly and laughing wow that is noise. We put an dog on our application and then they accused us of not having an pet on the application. Less then 8 hrs later after they had an apartment check they gave us an eviction notice. The office staff is an complete joke and make up excuses to throw people out. The management is more worried about their nails being done then anything else. If the management would get their head out of their asses they would find violations on residents who deserve it. All the time we got an knock on the door saying that we are disturbing the neighbors. They accused us all the time of staying up till 4 am and having parties. We do not have parties and we watch tv and play board games. Wow that is noise. How about the fat --- that lives up above us and stomps on the floor until 6 am. Wow they never get an complaint.. The management has their picks and If they dont like u thats all folks.. Dont move in here save your money.

Yeah...the fireplace is gas not wood. I hope you aren't the neighbor across from me who moved recently and they now are gutting out the entire apartment because it was destroyed. If the "fat ---" upstairs was so loud...why didn't you complain? I use the "fat ---" term loosely because I am sick of judgmental people who are quick to make fun of people who are large and make rude comments.

So despite the fact that _every_single_other_ fireplace in the complex is gas, yours was wood-burning? I'm sorry, I'd love to believe you, but the ignorance with which you write, the typos and horrific grammar mistakes lead me to believe that you really are as stupid as you sound.

Wow. You are really insulting. Just because people cannot spell, or have bad grammar does not make them stupid. And frankly, they NEED to gut those apartments and get the old, stinky carpets out. Get microwaves that work. Refrigerators that don't come apart when you open the doors, etc. And they are absolutely right about one thing - if Tracy the manager doesn't like you, forget it. She will make stuff up to move you out. They told us the apartment was filthy too, and I have pictures to prove that it wasn't. The truth does not matter to this complex or to the owners, (who live in Massachusetts by the way).

All the fireplaces are gas. Just because some people cannot spell or write does not mean they are stupid, it means they are ignorant. By the way the owners live in California. And Traci does not discriminate against anyone except when rent is not paid or people are disturbing the people who do. That's her job, dillweed.

Agreed, Tracy is an evil wench! On that note, Kim isn't the greatest either, I will so though that laura is a pleasure to work with, Now that doesn't mean the job gets done correctly or even at all but laura is nice. Tracy was rude the whole time I lived here except when I was moving out, then it was like "oh, your moving? Anything we can do to make it easier"...kiss my --- Tracy, you're the reason I moved
