Worst apt experience I have ever had. First moved in there were huge stains all over the carpet that thankfully I wrote down on the check-in list. Roaches infested our apt. the entire time we lived there (7 long months). Mngmt would send someone out to spray but did such a half-a** job they roaches would dance around the poison. I even bought my own roach sprays but never could get rid of the roaches. When your neighbors are roach infested and do not care it makes it impossible to be roach free.
My license plate was stolen off my car while I was parked next to one of the officers that lived there. One of my neighbors threated to cut my dogs head off, and my daughter was jumped by the apt. next doors kids. While we were moving boxes were stolen out of my car.
We also called maintenance about my toilet not flushing they did not show up till the week we were moving out (over a month later) thankfully my b/f fixed it. The office staff was friendly and acted like they cared but the place is a dump.
On move out we were told they were keeping part of our deposit to replace carpet b/c it has huge stains. Really' Did you check my move-in list. Yeah, they had not but luckily since it was written down they had to give me back my deposit. Which they took the entire 30 days to refund, we even had to call corporate to make sure it was in the mail since we kept getting the run around.
We moved a few block up to another apt. and it is like night and day. Granted we do pay more but it is worth the peace of mind.
