moved to deerfield estates in may from the east coast, pulled in and it wasn't really what i expected. people throw trash all around. everyone is in everone else's business. the office will send you a letter for every little thing they hear.whether it may be true or not. but walk by the managers apt. and you may smell pot, maintnance people are swimming drunk off their butts after hours in their underware after hours, let something like that happen to you and you have an eviction notice. i personally watched a maintnance person unlock a door and a laptop was stolen, not to mention just about every door is split right in half under the exterior of the doors from being kicked in. had a meeting with the people from corporate (amy boors) and was told that whatever the employees do off hours is their business,i do agree with that if they went somewhere else to at least buy the stuff. i was assured by amy boors that she would get to the bottom of it but when i went back weeks later because of course i wasn't getting a deposit back. my water bill averaged 25 dollars a month.i moved in on the third of may and somehow my water bill cost me 26 dollars for may 10 (6 days later) obviously if amy boors isn't part of the solution then she also is part of the problem, once they have it out for you forget it they basically harrass you with letters and make acusations that amount to defamation of character at the same time taking care of the residents they buy their drugs from. if you do move here then good luck to you,and don't believe the crap about how great these places are i lived here and i'm sure staff wrote those. i moved to another apt complex in tulsa and what a difference, the new place has really showed me that there are nice places to live in tulsa deerfield esates just isn't one of them.

Do you think you could, at least, write using proper grammar? Is the English language such a challenge for you? Instead of being a major indictment against the apartment complex, you come across sounding like an uneducated moron. Just a suggestion.

Did you have such a hard time following it?? Couldn't have been so hard for an ivy leager like you. Give me a break, all that and all you have to talk about is my grammer? Every word is true and I just wanted people to have a heads up before they move in. As soon as I got there I wanted to move. So anyway back to your job peddling your crappy apartmens,or I'm sorry are you an english teacher? Give me a break. Head straight to the office ask them where you can buy something to fill your crackpipe and oh yeah stop by maintnance they have deals on other people's laptops. Love the new apartment!!! Cost more, but well worth it! I'm writing a review of an apartment and some idiot picks apart my grammer. Truth hurts,huh? This place wasn't even worth the time it took to write that review. I guess they call you anonymous because truth is you don't matter. I really doubt someone looking at this to get a feel for an apartment would read that entire review and then pick apart my grammer. Give me a break, moron.
