For the money during the period of 1996-1998, these apartments were decent. There was a large diversity of people living throughout the complex, however, unfortunately, they could never seem to get along. It was almost as people could not be friendly and polite to each other even during everyday interaction. Many nights I heard gun shots and police sirens at the early hours of the morning.
The groundskeeper did a good job but the maintenance crew was awful. My soap dish fell off and was only repaired to fall off 5 days later. This happened two more times. The third time the repair-man told me it would not work because the wall was all rotted on the inside. We told the main office but nothing was done, after 2 weeks I taped a plastic bag up around the hole and it stayed that way for the remander of my stay(6 months approx.). qmzu4EHcaGAPVCPw2Fai
