Where to start' I'm usually a positive person but living at Eagle Point has changed all that.
In the eight months I lived there my car was broken into, my patio chairs were stolen, I followed a trickle path of blood from infront of my complex to the parking lot, found a butcher knife outside where children play, heard the pregnant tennant upstairs get the s**t beat out of her by her "immortal beloved", and chased a person away from my car in the early morning hours.
If you abide by the lease agreement...the management will still milk you for every dime you have invested in the place.
Advice, on your "condition of apartment" walk thru, write down even if you find a sunflower seed on the floor.
Like I stated earlier, they WILL milk you.
On the upside, if you like swiming in green mossy like water, the pool will be perfect for you.
If you decide to reside there, be afraid...be very afraid.
Concerning the physical condition of the complex...if a tornado went thru there it would cause millions of dollars worth of improvements.

Dear lord, you cracked me up!!! But i have a friend that lives there, and i went to visit once - and let me tell you once is enought!!! I was kidding him when i told him he probably moved to the ghetto when he moved out... now i feel bad for being right.
