Eagle Point

 

This place has got to be the worst place I have ever lived.

The pool really isn't all that bad, but too bad i'm not a fish.

Everything else about this place sucks! The parking lot is a war zone.

I always turn my radio off in my car a mile down the road, hoping that nobody that lives there will get any ideas.

I've had two different cars that I own broken into, two cars of mine were towed without my knowledge and that was at my expense.

The carpet is filthy, only because they had an enormous leak in the parking lot that was not fixed for the first year i was there.

You couldn't help but walk through the sludge when going into your house.

The noise is rediculous, the gunshots at 2:00 a.m.

doesn't make it easy to sleep.

The wonderful people in the main office seem nice on the phone until they find out you live there.

They talk to you like your stupid, they put huge brightly colored letters all over your door if you pay your rent one day late.

It is impossible to be peaceful with them.

Some of the neighbors are friendly, if they aren't drunk.

Usually they drink in random week nights, not just the weekends.

The scream their tires with impressive 2 minute long burnouts, and just about slide their cars into your house or car.

I'd have to say this place sucks absolute A$$.

I wouldn't even recommend it to a cockroach.

I hope this ---- hole gets shut down or bought out by someone with a little common decency or maybe even just a little respect and appreciation for the tenants.
