I moved into Eagle Point back in November 2007. It was my first time out on my own and away from my parents. We picked these apartments because the rent was cheap for the location and the space. $499 for a 800 sq ft 2 bedroom. Thought it was a good deal. Anyway. The first week I was there me and my roommate got in BIG trouble because someone called and said we were shooting off firecrackers on our patio. Not true. Our neighboors were. They threw one in our door as we opened it. The office didn't do anything! Also, those same neighbors played music/movies so loud that my bedroom wall shook hard enough to knock paintings off. I would call the office and nothing happened to them. One night we had a few people over to play cards and drink a little. It wasn't a highschool party where everyone is super drunk and loud as hell. There were 8 people max and we were being quite. Yet, someone called and complained and we were threatened with EVICTION. I couldn't believe it. Barbie and Juanita in the office are wonderful. There are just a few others that arent. Maintainence is always prompt. Although $25 bucks to have a lock changed because a crazy ex room still had her key...a little ridiculous.

Parking is ----. And I'm scared to go outside by myself at night. Shady characters walk around late at night. I've also come outside to see people just sitting on the back of my car talking. I don't get it' I've never had my car broken into but still. Luckily my lease is up next month so I can get out of there. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.
