There is a reason these apartments are so affordable - nothing gets fixed properly through maintenance. I've literally made 7 calls concerning the air conditioning this spring/summer alone & it's still not fixed properly. If you're not familiar with Tulsa weather, be aware that 95-110 degree temperatures are common so having a working air conditioning is a necessity, if for health reasons alone.
It's also worth noting that I don't feel safe in these apartments. I have heard countless gunshots, some directly outside my door since I moved in here.
