Lived at Estancia for 1 1/2 years with my husband. Walls are VERY thin...you can hear someone coughing on the other side. Everytime you run the water you can hear the pipes making noise in the walls. Our extra bathroom faucet was messed up from day one. We had maintenance out there several times to fix it and it never was. Security SUCKS...the gates are always opened it seems, and no one gives a crap what happens to your personal property.
I will say the maintenance team that Estancia had when I left was pretty decent...I have no complaints about them. The only person with half a brain in the office though is Mandy. You may as well be talking to a brick wall if you deal with anyone else!
