Fairmont Terrace was once a very nice apartment complex. 1992 was when it began to go down after Management changes were made. There are roaches galore and even mice. My kids found a drug syringe in teh playground. There were drug raids and once a gang member who had shot a person walked right past me with his gun still in his hand. When the Police questioned me about it, there were gang members downstairs and he used no tact. I immediately moved my family. Since then, they have put up a security gate and have a security officer at the entrance. HAH! I would NOT recommend Fairmont Terrace unless you were deathly desperate.
