Calling this place a hell hole is too nice.

I have lived in two different apartments here. First of all, I would like to say that calling this place a hell hole is too nice. 3 out of 6 laundromats don't work or have burnt down, stones are falling from the buildings, metal stairs and railing are rusted and shoddy with jagged edges just waiting to cut your children and put them in the hospital with lockjaw. Broken glass and beer bottles are everywhere. Dog ----, everywhere. Spent ammunition, everywhere. The remains of spent fireworks, everywhere. This place was not all that bad a few years ago, but now its a ------- warzone/crack hotel. Like the post from Xlockeed said, only move here if you are running from the police...you'll probably find some help here if that is your problem. If you live at the bottom of the hill, expect to carry your laundry up a hill for a mile, only to be disappointed when ALL FOUR washer and dryers are being used by one of the many tenants from the 600 apartments that are part of this complex. Oh yeah, expect the office to lose your rent, and change management at the same time. You better call Channel 2 works for you if you want your deposit back. If you deliver pizza here, you might get robbed by gunpoint, as this has happened twice in the last month. I have one month to go in this crazy place, and I hope the black mold doesn't get me in that space of time. If you walk around at night , expect to hear much Mariachi music, and watch out for people vomiting over railing in upstairs apartments, in the 2 years I have lived here, the pool that is right beside my apartment has been opened for 1 month. When I went to go use it, I noticed an extremely skinny lady picking off her scabs and tossing them into the pool. FEAR FOR YOUR LIFE AND SAFETY HERE. I was sleeping late one morning when a rock came flying through my bedroom window from maintenance weedeating...it took them 4 days to fix it. Expect fireworks to go off at random times early in the morning. If you care about your health and well being, avoid this place at all costs.
