I've lived here a little over six months and I will not be renewing my lease! I was drawn here because of the large amounts of space and cheap rent, Well! you get what you pay for oops excuse me you don't even get that. First of all the previous managment company (ran it when I first moved in) painted all the counter tops and bathtubs with house paint, so be prpared to bathe in paint chips, don't cut food on the kitchen counter unless you want paint in it. The new management when in and started renovating the property but if you're a paying tenant from under the old management you're ----ed all the empty apartments are getting new counter tops and tubs and they refuse to give me new ones....I've never been late on rent and I'm Quiet! All exterior lights on my building do not work so it is dark as ----! I know this complex had a rape in it! They refuse to fix my lighting so I guess they like to give rapits and car vandals a place to do their business. After I went in a bitched for the 100th time still nothing, I walked back inside because I forgot to day something and caught the proprty manager talking ---- about me. They refuse to give the address to corporate or their phone number!!! Do not live here!!! unless you like broke down stuff and fiesta music bassind every night!!!!
