Extremely Bad

In 1.5 years I have had both my cars broken in to, and I have also had my tags stolen off one car. One night a group of people (teenagers) cut off the power to the entire building that I live in (four appartments) and were trying to break-in to my downstairs neighbors appartment when I walked out to see what had happened and ran them off.
My electric bill is about $45 in the winter but in the summer it averages $250 because they won't properly fix my air conditioner.
A few months ago my ceiling started leaking extremely bad, and they wouldn't even come and check it until it was starting to collapse in my son's bedroom. They came in and cut my celing out so it wouldn't collapse and said it would take a week to fix, well it took 1.5 months before they even began working on it. They did a crappy job fixing it. It still leaks and the spot they cut out doesn't even come close to matching the rest of the ceiling.
My toilet broke. They came and fixed it, but it broke two months later. I decided to fix it myself and found out that their previous idea of repair was using a twist-tie from a package of trash bags rather than replace the chain.
Lighting is not very good, and it can be scary at night. No security or anything.
On the positive side...My rent has never increased over three six month leases. I have a great view of Tulsa. My appartment is descent for its price and extremely large. My current neighbors are family types that are quiet, but this was not always the case. I've never seen all this drug-dealing or shooting but I have seen some things on the news so it's possible. Groundskeeping is good, they are always cleaning and picking up trash.
If they would replace their managers with people with customer service skills, replace their maintance team and adequately fund them, and end this horrible crime rate that has been going on I might beable to halfway recommend this complex.
Actually I think alot of this complex's problems is that they just don't have the money available to provide adequate maintance and security. Managers are probably the way they are because they are tired of the complaints that they can't afford to fix in a timely maner.
Even so, as it stands right now, I wouldn't recommend you move here.
