Sad to see it decay...

Years at this apartment: 1995 - 1997
 
I lived there from 1995 to 1997 and it was a nice place then. Everything worked properly, the APT 75-105 had been remodeled before I moved in, and the neighbors were quiet when they should be. It's sad to see such decay.
