Note saying they would change our locks and sell our things.

The first 3 months we lived in our apartment the office's computers were not working correctly. Although we paid our deposit and move-in costs in full the day we leased, they asked me several times to pay it. Including our move-in day when I went to get the keys. I had to produce a receipt, and after I gave it to them they still acted as though it was my fault.
Over the next three months me roomate and I payed our rent on the first of the month. We never waited untill the end of our grace period. And every month we got a letter for not paying our rent. And everytime we would have to go to the office with a receipt. And again no apologies. Then on the 3rd month we got a letter on the 2nd of the month saying that they were coming the next day to change our locks and sell our things as we were several months behind on rent. Which again we had to not only take that months receipt but the early months as well. Again without an apology. These people do not know how to run a complex. Not to mention that I watched my neighbor bash his girlfriends head into concrete and saw various drug deals. Yes the rent is reasonable, but trust me you can find a much more worthy place to reside then the Falls. I don't know how they stay in buisnes.
