This is the worst apartment complex in Oklahoma. And to make things even more miserable, the staff is rude, unprofessional, and lazy. When we moved in 3 years ago, our apartment had not even been made ready. There were pet feces and cigarette butts on the floor and urine in the toilets to welcome us to the Falls when we moved in. They have lost our rent 7 times and falsley threatened eviction. Although had been found all but 1 time, they still kept these notes in our file preventing us from moving when he had finally had enough. We had a shower broken that was not repaired for six weeks and we have currently been without air conditioning for going on a month. On top of all this, a man was shot and killed next to my car in the parking lot across from my apartment just six months ago. The blood stains are still there. I am so extremely frustrated and feel trapped in the situation. Please learn from my mistake and never sign a lease with The Falls at Shadow Mountain. You will regret it. P0MtU6TIdDkM23RTonAS
