Years at this apartment: 1998 - 1999
 
I too lived here years ago and it was ghetto then. Weird people watching you and parking sucks ass. People are always speeding through the complex and cops are always flying through as well. The management is rude and doesnt care. You are just anther number to them. The pools are gross and full of pee!!
