We experienced all the things mentioned below (make sure to read the currently 77 comments!) including rude office staff, nearly non-existent maintenance, trash, flooded parking lots, loud and scary neighbors, after bar hours parties in the parking lots, obvious drug use and heavy drinking, idiot accelerating his 'crotch-rocket' donorcycle up to about 50mph in the parking lot nearly every day and nearly running down a couple of young teenagers once plus the kicker, not one, but TWO shootings, one that we heard, while we lived there!

All this and we were in the _higher_ rent townhouse area! At least two neighbors near us used the townhouses for large group rentals of young 'partier' types, one almost for sure with too many people living there as 8 or 9 cars suddenly appeared for a unit supposed to hold max 6 people.

Not only was the office staff rude but they actually endangered two of my kids at one point. We complained about the 20-something neighbors backing up to us for constant loud noise (2:00am parties, blasting music, bad guitar practice and loud sex). Idiots in the office either told them which neighbor complained or sure didn't make it hard to guess and one of these 20-something MEN was over the next day pounding on our door, scaring the hell out of the kids, yelling "Did you turn us in for noise'!"

Our upstairs bathroom door fell off its hinges (WAY too short screws in the wood) nearly hitting one of the kids and they had 'cleaned' up the unit by painting the entire bathroom including over most of the vent and over numerous hairs, pubic and otherwise that they didn't even bother to remove from the tub area.

And to top it all off, our neighbors apparently saw us leaving and decided that we didn't need our somewhat expensive door mat anymore and stole it. Then they were stupid enough to put it in front of their own unit two days later and we 'recovered' it!

And now, over 5 months later, we are _still_ trying to track down our deposit!

Bottom line: ___STAY AWAY!!____
