Overall, I have to say the falls isnt that bad. I've had worse. Sometimes its hard to get maintenance out here but after the second call they always come out. Everything is kept pretty clean, and while some of the walkways around here are pretty dark, those are the ones that you dont really need to use anyways. The laundry rooms are definitly lacking, and my pool seems to be out of service for years. The rent is cheap though, and I have very, very little noise unless maintenance is doing something above or beside me. The staff are very friendly and have always been willing to help unless I call at 0 dark thirty in the morning... but wouldnt you too' Overall, I do like it... and dont intend on moving until I am moving out of state.
