Mold

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
 
I have lived here for 6 months and the entire time I have had a leak that lead to a serious mold problem. Because of this I have wound up with serious medical problems and asthma. There solution to the problem was to paint over the mold. Unless you want to have to worry how you are going to pay your medical bills the rest of your life do not live here. Cheap rent is not worth it.
