managment refused to rescue our cat after she fell into a hole in the wall which was not fixed prior to our move in. Only way they will remove cat is when her rotting boding begins to smell.

Upon move in we found a huge gaping hole in the wall of the guest bedroom. When we contacted managment they said there was nothing they can do..We should just leave food out and wait a few days. A few days have gone by and now they are refusing to do anything unless the cats rotting body starts to smell. How inhumane is that''
In addition to this the apartment was not painted or the nails taken out. Our garbage disposal does not work and the shower faucet is stripped.
My neighbor witnessed a shooting in the alley behind our apartments not too long ago.

No offense, it is not the apartment's responsibility to rescue your cat... it is yours as the cat's owner. I will agree, however, that they should have fixed the hole prior to your moving in. If you were so concerned about your cat, you should have called animal control to assist you in the rescue.
