I've been here almost a year, and I've not seen any kind of improvement, They have fixed up the out side alittle but not much. When there's a problem inside of your apartment it takes forever to get service. Plus I came here because of the Fire place sign a least for one. Then when I got ready to move in the put me in a apartment with no fire place. Then told me that it would be four months before one would become available. Mind you I've already move from my old place. The pools were not open during the summer because the were to cheap to hire a pool svc company. They offer all these things and don't produce any of them. "Just say NO to the Falls
