This about sums up our living here. When we moved in we were told our full sized washer/dryer would not fit. Turns it it would. We were told we could move in early so I had the electricty turned on in our name, but we didn't get to move in and we paid for 4 days of doors being left open when it was hot and the A/C was on. Our electric bills were around $400 during the winter and after 3 calls they finally figured out there was something wrong! Our A/C was down for about 14 days during the summer and it got really hot. When we put the a/c info on our rent check was when it was finally fixed. We have called the police 4 times...3 times for fights and once for little kids running around in cold weather with no parents. Our cars were broken into twice and we had countless gallons of gas stolen. We purchased two locked gas caps that the gas stealers got through. We are now at buying $10 of gas at a time so we don't lose a lot of money. The complex said they had security patrol...we never saw it. The worse was when the sewer backed up into our downstairs bathroom and we had to call 3 times for them to fix it. They "fixed" it once and then just cleaned the carpet. It backed up again, and we had to fix it. We removed the dirty, sewage filled carpet ourselves and trashed it. After a week they finally put flooring down in our bathroom. One of our upstairs bathroom's shower does not work and it getting mold in it. When you move out they don't make sure it is all clean, they just paint over it. If you want a lot of room for not much money and you don't mind things not getting fixed then this is the place for you.
