Alright check it out. March 22nd, 2006 my family and I move into a townhouse. We give them a list of things that need to be fixed. 11 months later they're still not fixed. We have a lock missing on our front window, but wait we have jammed a butter knife in the seam to lock it, which the management thinks that is perfectly fine. We have had 2 leaks in our apartment. 1st one took a week to fix the 2nd one they patched up the leak but didn't finish patching up the ceiling until 3 months later. My wife's car was broken into the first month we were there. Security, well the only time I've seen them is when we had a little get together and he came by to tell me to lower our voices. Pizza can't be delivered cause of the "high crime rate". Our friend's lock broke and the maintenance man went to replace the lock. He drills the lock off and told her that since it was 5 o'clock that he was off the clock that he would come replace it tomorrow if he even comes in. He was leaving her with no lock on her door for a night. A single 21 yr. old girl by herself overnight without a lock on her front door! We pay $625 a month right now and just got word that they are raising our rent to $725 a month for this craphole of an apartment. THIS IS THE WHOLE TRUTH NOTHING BUT THE TRUTH SO HELP ME GOD! I would write more but its frustrating me more and more about this apartment as I write.
