I got my car towed yesterday because the apartments decided to re-asphault the parking lot without notice. When confronted, they told me that they left notices on all the doors and knocked on all the doors. This never happened, we never received a notice or a knock. We have looked into the matter and it turns out that about 10 cars were towed, all without notice. The management(Teresa) refuses to pay for the return of the cars, and remains obstinate that they left notices. We have gotten signed affidavits from around 10 people so far that the notice was never received. DO NOT MOVE IN HERE! Also, they will not give out the number for Hensley Properties, but here it is. (209-527-2600) Legal action pending.

the management did NOT leave notices about the paving. i was home those days, no knock, no notice on the door at all, i was not one of the people that signed your affidavit. Theresa is very rude, self serving arrogant, and argumentive. the repaving was a complete surprise to everyone.
