I was originally attracted to the Falls because of the look of them.... i moved up here from Houston not knowing what a p.o.s place this is to live. I gave them my deposit, and my first months rent(feb-07) in the beginning/middle of January.... i was able to look at a model apartmen but thats all... the woman in the ofice made such a HUGE deal about there not being a refrigerator in the apartment and that we couldnt look at it because it was not "ready".. management was very strick on this policy.... well thats all fine and dandy... we waited for them to be delivered... finally the 1st of february(the day we were suppose to move in) they allowed us to look at the apartment.(if we didnt like it we were stuck, we had to move in on the 1st, we had no where else to go) anyways..... little did we know.. there is TERMITE damage on the walls and banisters of the vaulted ceiling, the garbage disposal did not work(funny how it was such a huge deal that we not move in because it was not ready but the garbage disposal didnt work at all!).... NOW a few days ago the men on the roof that started on a saturday at 8 am... tripped our breakers and now our a/c is all BUT working.... i put the work order in a few days later because it wasnt such a big deal... its been nice outside, cool breeze.. whatever.. so i let it be... but its like 76 outside... hot enough to have the a/c that i pay for ON and WORKING! the woman in the office told me it may get done that day... most likely the next... well i called back the next morning because i was soooo hot and she told me my a/c being fixed was NOT a "top priority" and it was NOT getting fixed today. i got upset and went to the office for copies of the rules and so forth..... it says basically that they'll try to fix it in 48hrs but dont count on it..... i asked her what was a "top priority" right now and she told me.. "NOT FIXING YOUR A/C".... i said ok.... what is a top priority TODAY!' she said (after a night of sprinkles) a flood! This is only my second month here and i HATE IT... they have gone thru 2 sets of management in those 2 months... they dont care if your kids sleep in a hot room....if a huge chunk of meat is in ur garbage disposal stinkin up the place for 2 weeks.... yeah..... if u dont mind payin alot for a bunch of nothing... then this is the place for u. only good thing i can say is... its in a good location... restaurants and movies and shopping are very close... but thats about it.... GOOD LUCK!!!!!!theres tons more to say but i better not....
