No,not at all From: cuneytakdemir Date posted: 4/30/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   I had my air conditioning not working for 2 months. I had the bathroom sink not working for 2 months. The maintenance sucks. they come after a month or two months after you give the work order.Air conditioning and heater are too noisy that you have to turn the tv volume up when they are running. They are too old. The apartments are very old too. They have increased the prices too much this year. I was paying $420 but now they are $550. Please don't go there...
