These are the most shoddy, unkept, ghettofabulous apartments in Tulsa. This place literally falls apart under our feet everyday. Everything leaks!! The roof, the air conditioner, my fridge, my storage closet, and both bedroom windows. The maintence people like to put duct tape on stuff and call it fixed. When I went to hang pictures on my wall, as people normally do when they move into an apartment the hammer went through the wall. Piece of crap apartments. They painted my tub and shower with non water-proof paint. The first time I took a bath large clump of paint starting floating to the top of the water. I have more mold in my house than a Pennacillan factory. These apartment are very poorly managed and maintained. Do not move in here. It is not worth it. These apartments keep on changing management but I believe they are too far gone to rent to the public without complete restoration. Again do not rent here! Go the other way! Do not even look at the model. It is decieving!
