i called them and one of my concerns was crime. i have a sports car and im very picky about were i want to live. i asked if they had ever had any reports of stealing of cars or break-ins into the cars. they told me none at all. they reassured me that they have a gates and security guard that drove around once an hour. also mention that a few Tulsa police live there. they informed me that there very quick on there services if anything required work or fixed. well i read the many reviews over the last few years on here and there almost all the same. they seam to have an extensive list of stealing from cars, stealing cars, rude management/staff, or consecutive malfunction of appliances or infests. they told me completely opposite of what about 100 people that lived here have said. my uncle is a Tulsa cop he told me to look up crime on the Tulsa police department website. i looked it up and they have as of today back to a year about 3 cars stolen, consecutive break-ins into cars, and a few fights. online the crime was really horrible for the whole year. it was updated Feb. 7, 2008. the date today is Feb. 16, 2008. so between the 100 reports here of almost everyone saying the same thing for years and the police department website. i will not be living here. no i cant say anything about the apartments as to ill never go look at them so ill leave them at normal stars, but as far as the management/staff lying to me. telling me that there is no crime there, good security guards, no break-in in cars and such. ill be casting my vote on the staff. i think i believe 100 people saying the same thing for years and a website showing lots of crime in there gates before ill hand over the money for what i understand is a dump. maybe when they decide to get there act togeather, get a good manager and a good staff it can be a decent place to live. its a shame its that bad off:-/

If you are looking for a crime free place you won't find it no matter where you live. I have been here for well over a year and have had no complaints about anything. It's not fancy but I have lived in far worse places for more $$ I haven't heard of any thefts or crime. That's my experience.
