I have lived in these apartments for almost 6 months and I really like living here. I wrote a list and I dropped it off in the night box for minor things I wanted repaired, and when I came home from work today everything that I had on my list was taken care of!! I was very suprised on how the staff was so quick as to respond! Plus I like my layout of the apartment, nice big walls to hang very big paintings. You can count me as a long term tenant.

Again, the promptness and effort of fixing things is due to the current management being new. Give it time. On the note of layout though, I couldn't have asked for a better apartment than the one I had for 4 years. HUGE vaulted ceilings and the living room was big enough that I had a pool table in there and used the nicely sized dining area are my living room. All the problems weren't worth it though. The management, the shootings, our car being stolen, someone pooping in the washer. It was horrible.
