Things are Looking up From: generalee72 Date posted: 4/6/2008 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2008   I have been living here for a couple of years and seen the management go from bad to worse, then somehow worse again, to not completely horrible, to now good. The buildings are old, and there are some maintenance issues to be addressed but it isn't all that bad.(at least not in the 2 apartments I have had) Past management teams have been very slow or unresponsive to requests, but the current group has been very good about getting things done in a timely manner. The maintenance crew is good, but currently shorthanded. They are however in the process of hiring more people. I have seen a lot of the posts about crime, but I cannot comment on them. In the time I have lived here I have only heard about 1 break-in. The gates were a nice addition but tenants keep messing with them so they only work from time to time. Keep in mind you're looking at renting an apartment, not the Tajma Hall, there are some issues that will always exist.
