These are the worst apts I have ever lived in in my life...We have had sooooooooooo many leaks and they cant ever find out what is wrong....Our floor is about to rot and it smells bad because there are so many leaks and nobody ever comes to fix anything....we have mold really really bad they havent fixed that either...Me and my kids have been really sick from the mold..Nobody can come visit cause the mold is sooo bad it gives them a headache...Our truck got keyed...and someone stuck a used condem on our bumper.....This is the gettoest nastyest Apartment in the wourld...So you dont wanna live here We are fixing to break our lease ore kids have developed ashma from the mold and they have to live with that for the rest of their poor little lives now...So when you see these apts run as fast as you can and dont look back....If there was a 0 on the overall rating that what mne would be..... we are looking for a new home. We have NEVER been late on rent and when a lady called up here to see if we paid on time they lied and said we dident ...Now we have to go to our bank and get all our check stubs just to prove to the lady that we did pay on time so we can get this other house.....GRRRRRRRR I HATE this Frekin DUMP....

I've read a lot & heard a lot of terrible reviews of this place. I would like to recommend to you & anyone who reads this to try out "The Lakes" on 81st & Riverside (technically S Wheeling). We've lived here about a month & anything we've needed done was fixed in a timely manner. The office staff is friendly (even the property manager!) The apartments are quiet too, rarely do I hear our neighbors (double insulated walls from what the maintenance told us). Only complaints are that the pool is always crowded except during the office's business hours & if our downstairs neighbor slams their door, we hear & feel it. Everything else has been wonderful!

To whoever reads these comments do checkout "The Lakes", then ask why it's filled with horrible reviews, why it has an 11% recommended, that's 5% less than "The Highlands". My experience here at "The Highlands" has been mixed with good bad and horrible. But nothing like what the lakes shows for reviews.
