This apartment complex sucks! I have lived here a year and a half and its gotten worse and worse!
Parking is horrible! There are never any spaces unless you pay for a covered spot and that is a total ripoff. There are run-down, wrecked cars all over and they will not move them no matter how long you ask the management. The staff is very rude and unfriendly. There are always break-ins and I have been approached several times in the parking lot by strange men and there have been trashy people that beg for money from me and my friends when all we want to do is walk that mile to our apt building. If you come home past 7pm there is no parking anywhere!
The maintenance is very slow! It took them 2 weeks to fix my a/c and when they finally did they said it was a good thing they did b/c one wrong spark and it could have blown the whole building up. Yeah, talk about comforting!
They constantly raise rent for "rising costs of living" which is total crap b/c they never hire more maintenance like they say they will and fix things.
The pool is always dirty and hardly ever up and running.
Other than that, if you want a cheap place, you'll def get what you pay for here! :(
