BEWARE--LOUD/Nasty SECTION 8 Lives here!!!

Years at this apartment: 2003-01-01 - 2004-01-01
Lived here or 6 months and it was the worst place I ever stayed at.
I could not wait for my lease to expire.
Reasons are to many to list.
Example: LOUD nasty neighbors.
This place allows SECTION 8 to move in and there are more kids there then adults.
PLUS, PARKING SUCKS! I had to park next door at the HOTEL to get to my apartment many times.
You won't believe all the broken down cars at this VERY "limited" parking lot.
The walls are VERY paper THIN! THE maintenance men were LAZY and arguetive.
My dishwasher never did work! CHEAP UGLY CARPET and I had new carpet.
Anyway....my complaints to office about LOUD dirty children and fighting loud neighbors went to deaf ears.
The dumsters were always over filled.
Trash was thrown everywhere by the KIDS.
Parking lot is in need of much repairs.
Privacy fence was all broken down.
People were always stealing my Tulsa World newspaper.
Getting to the mailboxes was a joke.
I did get my full deposit back when I moved out.
Only good thing they had going there was they allowed large pets.
Praise God I found a house to move out quickly!I will never go back and never recommend it.
