I have lived in the apartment complex for only 3 months (thank god, we only have 3 more months left). This place is terrible, yes they allow big dogs (good thing for us) but the fleas in the summer are terrible Frontline, Advantix, ect. did not touch them. They never fix what they say, parking is terrible, get ready to get your car banged up from the drunks coming home. Young kids constantly parting all hours of the night and getting sick on your front porch (Yuk). There is no security at all and will all the Gangster and Gangster want to be's why should the want to protect their residents. There is constantly --- guys approaching STRAIGHT men when you go for a walk. If you look at someone wrong they are automatically looking for you, the staff doesnt care and it seems the cops wont even come there. Like I said thank god I only have 90 days left and counting. DO NOT MOVE HERE it is TRASH. But if you are Section 8, black, hispanic, and guy black guys then by all means you will fit in.

I agree with cherry girl on this one. Why should I listen to what somebody that is so obviously beligerant has to say. You got quite a nerve to lash out like that. I can see why you were dissatisfied. You seem to not know how to deal with problems appropriately. I am glad you aren't living there anymore. I really don't care what you have to say back because you obviously think you are right about everything. Here's a little tip. Use your intellect a little more. I really wouldn't be surprised if your whacked out on something. Control your anger or nobody but other A-holes will listen to you.

What dolts you both are. The resident was speaking the truth about prevailing conditions of the property they live on, and you ignore it to accuse him/her of your own inbred bigotries. If I were you, I'd examine your own racism first, and then go find yourselves a brain to work with, because honesty is a lot healthier an attitude than the misguided political correctness burned into your empty heads. I bet you don't even reside at Fountain Crest.
