Five Years There, Got Screwed In The End

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2005
 

I spent five LONG years in this place.

I did it to save money for a house.

The apt flooded 5 times (yes, five!).

Mice, we had lots of them.

Termites, we had them as well.

Had to spend the weekend with them swaming my bathroom.

The toilet leaked dirty water at least once a week.

They NEVER fixed it! After one of the major leaks I was told to let them know if the walls started to turn black we'll spray bleech on it.

I could go on but I'll leave you with this.

When I left NOW they're after me for $170 to replace THIER nasty folded molded carpets!
