I lived at FC 4 years from 03-07. I lived there from 95-97 when it was Cinammon Stick and moved next door to Foxfire when things started going downhill. After 6 years at Foxfire the same conditions existed there and Cinammon Stick was bought out and had made improvements so I moved back. After 4 years there things are now as bad as ever. (Think I see a pattern here.) There's insufficient parking for the number of units in the SW corner where I lived. The gates haven't worked in years. Housing is subsidized so we started seeing a lot of charity cases move in, which was my biggest concern. If you live in Tulsa you probably know about the 61st & Peoria area and how crime ridden it is. Well I'm afraid that element is moving toward Lewis. Probably best to avoid this area.

I agree. Fountain Crest is a dump run by an even dumpier LLC anyway, but we just moved out of that area for that very reason ... SECTION 8 SQUALOR. It's a shame, because we adored our apartment over there. Even the local businesses are worried, and who could blame them? And then Braum's gets robbed at gunpoint last summer, so we didn't procrastinate when our lease was up ... we LIVED your sound advice.
