Worst Rental I have ever had. The first day I moved in, it had not been cleaned. Talk about NASTY. There was even DOG CRAP on my patio. So GROSS. There was some sort of sticky gooey stuff dripping off the cabinets. Filthy EVERYTHING. The apartments are so tiny I was never able to pully unpack. There is no storage sheds on the patios and no closet in the 2nd room. My washer and dryer I was renting from them never worked. I had to pull them into the grass outside to get them to pick them up. I had to leave my television on the floor because water would leak from the upstairs apartment and make my television smoke and ANY TIME you ask someone to fix something they are ALWAYS super friendly and say OH honey I'm so sorry I'll send someone right over and they NEVER show up. NEVER!!!! I had to buy paint to touch it up cause I refused to live in it looking like it did. I also had to buy a door knob for the bathroom. The kitchen vent was scarey to cook under and they agreed and said they ordered a new part which I never received. They do have a pool and a gym but don't plan on swimming in a clean pool cause that will never happen. The water is always green and filled with bugs. You are better off swimming in the swamp. And I had people approach me in the parking lot asking me if I wanted some cocaine. I never felt safe there. Not to mention if you drive through there, how many cars you see with taped bags over their windows from people smashing them in...NEED I SAY MORE. =( After 2 month I split. Don't make the same mistake I did.

I agree with every complaint, because that's the way an LLC out of Texas wants it. They own three properties here in town and they're all barely managed the same way. It costs money to pay good (qualified)people to maintain secure and healthy environments, and that's why consortiums that invest in them only for maximum returns couldn't care less about the pain as long as they can make the tenants suffer within the laws of the states they operate in. That's what attracts the welfare attitudes degrading everything around here, not just the apartment complexes that started out as the kind of places you'd be proud to raise your kids in. It's a sad state of affairs, and it's not going to get any better for the decent folks in this area who can't afford to buy homes, or to live very far outside of the city.
