Fountain Crest was the worst apartments I've ever lived in.
I never felt safe there. My lower neighbors would CONSTANTLY have parties all night long. It was a revolving loud door. They had over a half-dozen people living in it at any one time. They'd knock on my door, mess with my lock so much so I had to have it changed, leave garbage out all the time, never used their "inside voices" anywhere, peed on my door, and smoked most of the day. Worst of all they drank all the time, I strongly suspect they did drugs by their actions, and one time a guy jumped up on their railing and stared into my apartment. CREEPY.
It's hot, they're unkempt, and small.
It was so bad I left the apartment a two months after I had moved in and paid the rest of the contract out.

How is truth "hog wash"? I stated the facts from a logical, intellectual, truthful manner. I did not once stretch the truth, lie, or distort the events that happened. I also could elaborate on my stay; how I had to call the police due to the neighbors, how the neighbors were also evicted eventually, and I could hardly sleep while residing there out of fear. I fail to see how you would think any of this to be "hog wash" and think it rather poor taste that you would dismiss my statement/facts. I have dates, names, and proof of my stay at Fountain Crest. I can back up every word I said.

I experienced similar squalor living acrosss the street, but it's only because the out-of-state profit whores who own these sloperties run them that way. Security, maintenance, conscientious staff, cleanliness, and background checks cost too much money, so the decent residents be damned.
