I lived at fountain crest until the recent past. The office staff is ok due to the fact that they are forced by owners and management group to operate on no cash flow. This management group does not pay its bills it has leins on it from about every contracter in tulsa. I lived with my ceiling falling in, I took the fallen pieces of the ceiling to the office gave it to the manager and was told sorry no money to fix it right now! I lived with bad allergys and major conjestion in head and chest due to mold caused by upstairs neighbors water heater or air conditioning unit or whatever! Upon moving the manager came prancing to the open apartment door and stated she couldnt believe I was moving it didnt have to end this way! By not having money to fix my major issues yes it did have to end this way. My suggestion to anyone that lives there to google search landlord/tenant act of oklahoma, and also google search Constructive Eviction, I bet a lot of the residents could break lease through these laws

They lost all the good residents when they allowed SECTION 8 to move in. However SECTION 8 always pays, but they lost quality residents. Now the place is a DUMP and takes lots to fix repairs from all the low income unemployed idiots living there.
