I LIVED HERE FOR 6 MONTHS....WORST PLACE TO LIVE.
MAINTANCE WAS NON-EXISTING.
MY OVEN WAS BROKEN THE WHOLE 6 MONTHS I WAS THERE.
IT WOULD TURN ON BY ITSELF...NO LIE AND I HAD TO UNPLUG IT FROM THE WALL.
I WAS LIVING DURING THE HUGE ICE STORM AND MY HEATER BROKE AND THEY DIDNT COME FIX TIL A WEEK LATER...I WAS HERE IN TULSA ALONE SO ITS NOT LIKE I HAD ANYWHERE ELSE TO GO...I HAD TO STAY THERE AND STICK IT OUT.
AT THE END I TOLD STAFF THAT I WASNT GOING TO RENEW MY LEASE BECAUSE EVERYTHING WAS BROKEN AND THEY NEVER CAME TO FIX IT AND THIS WAS THERE RESPONSE...."WELL, THERE IS NOTHING WE CAN DO, WE DON'T HAVE MAINTANCE WORKERS" HOW THE HELL DO YOU NOT HAVE MAINTANCE WORKERS' THE POLICE ARE THERE EVERY NIGHT...I SWEAR...NO EXAGGERRATION...AND PEOPLE SELL DRUGS ALL DAY AND ALL NIGHT..(THEY ACT LIKE NO ONE KNOWS..) THEY ARE SO STUPID.
UNLESS YOU ARE A BIG BUFF DUDE WHO CAN HANDLE HIMSELF THAN I RECOMMEND YOU LOOKING SOMEWHERE ELSE.
FOR YOUR SAFETY...STAY AWAY!!!!! TENANTS THAT LIVE THERE (STILL DO) THREATENED THIS YOUNG WOMAN LIVING ALONE AND THEY TOLD HERE THEY WERE GONNA RAPE HER...SHE TOLD THE POLICE AND THEY SAID THEY COULDNT DO ANYTHING CAUSE NOTHING HAPPENED YET, BUT WHEN IT DID TO CALL BACK...REDICULOUS HUH' ANYWAY SHE WENT TO MOVE OUT AND TERMINATE LEASE EARLY AND THEY TOLD HER SHE NEEDED TO PAY HER FINES WHICH WAS OVER $1,000!! LIKE I SAID, "SAVE YOURSELF!!" THIS PLACE IS THE WORST...AND ITS NOT EVEN THE CHEAPEST...ITS AWFUL

Always check if they accept Section 8. This place does. All Section 8 is high in crime. Ask any police officer! I lived there in 2003-2004. CRIME was very high. SECTION 8 lived all around me. I moved there because of Jenks Schools and I had a German Shepherd. The Shepherd kept crime away! It was awful time in my life.

I know what you mean about section 8. I didnt know they accepted it when I moved in. I live in apartments that do not have it and I have a lab...lol..to keep peeps away.

I am planning on moving to this State, where in Smyrna and Marietta, Georgia I have had the same exact occurrences that the leasing office refused to correct -- notwithstanding breaking their lease agreements. I will clue you in on a bit. They have their peeps who underhandedly work with them in committing these offenses for profits. My God in Heaven has made me a witness to these things spiritually and physically since 2006. It is amazing what is learned when you quietly observe. They have their posse that work closely with them under an umbrella of great evils and wickeness including our uniformed protectors and those working with them manipulating peoples lifes into destruction. They are of the hellish kind -- hiding their identities while they steal ours and feed off of our lifeforce. If they observe us and we are unwilling to give in to them in a place where they secretly hold us hostage, when we are thrown back into the reality of mother earth, they **** us up real bad in every which way they can and they move on to their next victims. They are parasites in every sense of the word. (DHuman parasites) They are everywhere now. I am not naming any apartment complex in yours or any State to cause harm. I am merely stating a fact as I have observed it for several years. They are intimidating and threatening as well. Even when you depart their place and live somewhere else, they find excuses to continuously harass by fabricating lies, bills, while they attach their evils to your god light and feed off the lifeforce. Some call them beutiful and charming and smart and endearing. They are more than devils, but I cannot say anymore. I am saddened. Yet it is the time when these things are expected to occur. Do not do what I was about to do, by walking into the saame process again. I thank you for your truths and speaking up. God keep you in his care always. We are going to need his assistance in these things.

i really dont understand the dribble that the above replier made on 3/01/2010 - BUT the truth is ...its terrible to live there. They usually hire someone who doesnt speak very good english to be leasing manager. AT the time i was there it was an asian lady. She was rude and full of lies but claim she was a Christian. whatever... I dont care what you practice. You get what you pay for... is all im saying. I hear alot of people say they dont want to pay more... but in todays society if you want more peace. PAY MORE !!
