Was a nice place to live at one time. Unfortunately, in the past few years they (Capital Assets Owner) has allowed staff to advertise $49 to move in and 'other specials' that bring in questionable tenants. I might add, its a revolving door.

Broken down vehicles, careless people who like to disobey state laws and Grill ON their patios. Bet the fire marshall would love that.

Break ins and over-all inconsiderate people. People out walking the grounds at 3am (who knows who they are) and no onsite security patrol.

Mold in some of the units, due to water 'obviously' creeping in somewhere. New roofs, maybe that will stop the water ...but you can be sure it will 'increase the rent'.
